June 28 - Rehearsal change

Hello WMB Members and Subs!

I hope this message finds you all well as we move into a big week for the Wheaton Municipal Band! As you are all aware, the air quality in Chicagoland is rated very unhealthy and is considered the worst in the world right now due to smoke from the Canadian wildfires. Out of an abundance of caution and concern for the health, safety, and well-being of the members of the band, we have moved tomorrow's rehearsal (Wednesday, June 28) indoors to Wheaton North High School, courtesy of their band director, Kent Krause. We are currently planning on keeping our planned concert on Thursday evening in Memorial Park. If you have any additional questions or concerns about your health and safety as we approach Thursday's concert, please contact both myself and Don and we will work with you in regard to the concert.

Here are some important details regarding the rehearsal tomorrow night:

Location: Wheaton North High School (701 W. Thomas Rd., Wheaton, IL, 60187)
Enter through Door 14 (direct access to band room)
Park in Wheaton North parking lot near band room
Band room can be accessed as early as 6:15 or 6:30 PM
